Refund policy

At Outlaw Watches, every timepiece is checked with care before it reaches you. Due to the nature of our products, we offer exchanges only — no refunds.
Exchanges are accepted only if you received the wrong item or a faulty piece. The watch must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags, the box, and packaging intact. Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery with valid proof of purchase.
Sale and discounted items are final and cannot be exchanged.
Customers are responsible for all return and reshipping costs, except where the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
